Terms of Service

ToolMagnet provides onboarding to collect your website, business details, keywords, and brand inputs. It uses that information to generate tool definitions with AI, manages keyword ideas, and renders public tool pages at URLs such as `/tools/{websiteId}/{slug}`.

• Tool creation relies on OpenAI models (gpt-5 family) and stores the resulting definitions so the tools can be published and run.
• Keyword discovery uses DataForSEO to suggest search terms tied to your sites.
• Public tool execution is rate-limited (up to 10 runs per IP address every 24 hours) and gated by input validation to keep the experience reliable.

You must have the right to provide any content or URLs you add, and you agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.

You need an account to use ToolMagnet. Keep your credentials secure and ensure your account information stays accurate. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Do not share login links or abuse authentication flows. We may suspend or terminate accounts that compromise security, attempt to bypass rate limits, or violate these Terms.

• New users receive a free trial (currently 3 days) with initial balances (currently 1 tool credit and 100 keyword credits). Trials end when the time or credits run out.
• Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid future charges. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• Tool generation consumes tool credits; keyword suggestions consume keyword credits. Monthly subscription plans replenish balances (for example, the current Pro plan includes 5 tool credits and 1000 keyword credits each month).
• If a subscription ends or a trial expires, we may pause access to generation features and reduce remaining balances to prevent further use.

We may change plan features or pricing, but will not make changes retroactively to completed billing periods.

• Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential information, or content you are not authorized to share.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, scraping, security testing without permission, or attempts to bypass rate limits or credit systems.
• Respect third-party rights. Do not infringe intellectual property or misrepresent the origin of generated tools.
• You may publish generated tools on your sites, but you are responsible for how they are described, promoted, and used by your visitors.

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for certain purposes. They do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
• You retain rights to your inputs and outputs. You grant ToolMagnet a license to store, process, and display them as needed to operate the Service and publish your tools.
• We may remove or disable tools or outputs that violate these Terms or applicable law.

ToolMagnet relies on third parties to deliver the Service: OpenAI (AI generation), DataForSEO (keyword suggestions), and Stripe (billing). When you use the Service, relevant data (such as prompts, website information, or billing details) may be shared with these providers. Their use of your data is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your account, but you are responsible for safeguarding your own systems and backups.

You may stop using ToolMagnet at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks security or stability.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, ToolMagnet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice where reasonably possible. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
