This Privacy Policy explains how ToolMagnet collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service to generate and run website-specific tools.

1) Information we collect

  • Account data: Email, authentication details, and subscription status to provide and secure your account.
  • Website & tool content: The website URLs, descriptions, business details, keywords, brand inputs, CTA preferences, generated tool definitions, and related metadata you supply to create and publish tools.
  • Tool inputs and usage: Inputs provided to public tools, validation results, rate-limit signals (including IP address), and basic logs needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Billing: Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we receive subscription status and related metadata but do not store full payment details on our systems.

2) How we use information

  • Provide onboarding, tool generation, and tool execution.
  • Validate inputs, enforce rate limits, and maintain service reliability and security.
  • Manage subscriptions, credits, trials, and customer support.
  • Improve service quality and detect abuse, fraud, or misuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3) Sharing with third parties

We share information with service providers only as needed to deliver ToolMagnet:

  • OpenAI: Processes prompts, tool definitions, and tool inputs to generate outputs.
  • DataForSEO: Processes seed keywords and related context to suggest keyword ideas.
  • Stripe: Handles billing, subscriptions, and payment processing data.

These providers use your data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

4) Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain session security, and remember preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work without them.

5) Data retention

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Tool inputs used for public execution are processed to operate the feature and may be logged for abuse prevention within reasonable retention windows.
